When Falz visited the Big Brother Naija house

The buzz which has been created in Nigeria and Africa since Big Brother Naija started in January has been astounding.

Just last week, show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu revealed that 11 million votes were cast for the housemates, which one can trace to the high engagement among fans.

Celebrities are not left out from the frenzy too, with the likes of M.I Abaga, Funke Akindele, and Ice Prince voicing their differing opinions on social media for their favourite housemate.

Even Mavin Records singer, Iyanya told Thenetng that Bisola has his support because she is talented and has been his friend for a while.

Meanwhile Peter Okoye of P-Square holds the opinion that Efe has the streets by him. ‘We all came from the street and must give back to the street,’ he said.

YBNL boss, Olamide also says Efe is from the streets and is backing him as a result, saying, ‘I be wobey, so na based on logistics, I am Team Efe, make una no vex. God bless everyone’s hustle.’

Also, filmmaker and actor, Charles Novia describes BBNaija housemate, Tboss as his sister.

Novia relentlessly canvasses for votes for the 32-year-old and once said, ‘My sister, don’t mind them, we will vote to make you win, but even if you don’t win, which is unlikely what we are planning for you and your career ehn, they can’t stop the shine of my sister.’

Ice Prince is not left out, pitching his tent with Efe, as seen in a number of tweets by him.

M.I also indicated his favourite housemate with a simple ‘Oya lets go… TeamEfe’ tweet.

As for Funke Akindele, who has been dedicating her eviction evenings to getting votes for Debie-Rise, she was recently attacked by fans for being biased.

The actress however explained that just like everybody, she had the will to choose whoever she wanted to vote for, as she is human.

With the show set to end this Sunday, April 9, which housemate are you backing to win the prize?
